Students from UTC Portsmouth and Winchester College worked together today to take on the Red Planet in an effort to survive with very limited resources. The mixed teams of Year 9 & 10 students have spent the afternoon on UTC Portmouth’s MarsCraft Minecraft Server (a 1:600 scale, topographically accurate map of Mars).

Year 10 & 12 students enjoyed a focused week of activities this March to help them build their skills, thoughts and ideas of what they would like to do when they leave UTC Portsmouth.

We have an exciting programme planned for National Apprenticeship Week consisting of a range of optional activities for our students to take advantage of across the week.
