Our final guest lecture of the academic year will be delivered by Dr Jen Gupta from the Institute of Cosmology at the University of Portsmouth. The title is:

"The Invisible Universe" - Gazing at the night sky with our eyes or telescopes reveals twinkling stars and far away galaxies. But the light that we see is only a small part of the emission from these objects. In this talk I will cover some of the different techniques that astronomers use to manipulate light and understand more about the Universe.
