We were delighted to welcome teams from four other schools this week for our second annual Year 10 Maths Challenge.
Teams from Mayville, The Portsmouth Grammar School, King Edwards VI and Winchester College joined our own teams for four exciting rounds of team maths problems. The first round was all questions devised by our own Year 12 Further mathematicians, who also helped throughout the event.
After the lead changing hands a number of times the eventual winners were Winchester College Team 2 with King Edward VI taking second place and Winchester College Team 1 taking third.
Well done to all the students who took part and thank you to our Further Mathematicians who helped make this event such a success.
