Admissions policy update consultation

UTC Portsmouth Board of Trustees approved a number of changes to our admissions policy that we are now consulting on.

The main changes made are as follows:

  • The admissions policies for Year 10 and Sixth Form are now presented as two separate documents to ensure that those interested in applying for entry to either year group are clear on the specific process and requirements for each.

  • The PAN for Year 10 has been reduced from 150 to 125.

  • The relevant dates, such as closing dates, have been updated.

Responses to the consultation can be made to our Clerk to the Board of Governors via letter to the college or emailing clerk@utcportsmouth.org. The deadline for making a response to this consultation is 23 November 2020.
